binoculars-rangefinder
is
a
compact
light-weight
device,
designed
for
measurement
of
distances,
which:
determines
polar
coordinates
of
objects
and
converts
polar
coordinates
into
square
ones;
determines
points
of
view
against
known
check
reference
points;
observes
locality
and
separate
objects;
finds
their
bearings
on
the
ground.
The
LRB
20,000
is
widely
applicable
in
construction,
repair
and
geological
survey
jobs,
pipeline
laying
(through
water
obstacles
including);
in
navigation
(sea
and
river)
when
arranging
navigation
notices,
and
pilot
aging
in
narrow
waters;
when
measuring
flight
altitude
from
helicopters
or
balloons;
at
ordnance
fire
correction.
It
is
equipped
with
goniometer
which
affords
accurate
measurements
of
horizontal
and
magnetic
azimuth,
vertical
angles.
The
binoculars-rangefinder
gives
additional
information
on
an
object
presence
in
cut-off
interval
and
more
than
one
object
on
sighting
